Scott Russell

Scott is a third-generation Adviser, focusing on personal, rural and business insurance, home loans and KiwiSaver. After earning conjoint degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Auckland, Scott practised law becoming an Associate at one of New Zealand’s leading law firms. He gave up his legal career in 2008 to follow in his Father’s and Grandfather’s footsteps as an Adviser, and his background has given him a real advantage in helping his clients. Scott has been an Financial Adviser and an Adviser Business Director for more than 10 years, and has a passion for advocating for great outcomes for clients. Team Russell rebranded and opened a second Bay of Plenty office in 2019. Scott and Melanie love the fantastic Bay of Plenty lifestyle near the beach.
