Wealthpoint Pathways Conference

Our flagship event is our annual Pathways Conference. This brings together our advisers, their support staff, the Wealthpoint team and our key suppliers for three days of professional development, keynote addresses and networking. Our most recent conference was held in Napier, in May 2025, and was attended by over 200 delegates.

Annual Wealthpoint Awards

A highlight at each Pathways Conference is our annual Awards Dinner. Here, we recognise our leading businesses, financial advisers, Member support staff and other individuals who have contributed to the success of the co-operative over a long period.

Regional Member Briefings

Its important to us to get out into the regions to speak with our Members about issues that affect their businesses. We meet our Members and their advisers across three briefings – Northern, Central and Southern, and also use these sessions to give advisers the opportunity to share business development ideas with each other. Collaboration, rather than competition, is a hallmark of the Wealthpoint network.

Wealthpoint Adviser Induction

All new Wealthpoint advisers are encouraged to attend our three-day induction courses in Auckland. This course introduces advisers to all parts of the Wealthpoint offering, helps to build strong relationships with our Auckland support team, and includes several skills development sessions such as practice management best practice, regulatory compliance, and client skills.
