She has extensive experience supporting clients with investment portfolio solutions, KiwiSaver, retirement planning, and lending-related services while working closely with clients to deliver positive financial outcomes.

She also has a strong background in portfolio analysis, investment reporting, client relationship management, and regulatory compliance within highly regulated financial services environments.

​Usha is married with two children and enjoys following investment markets and industry trends, as well as reading in her spare time. She also enjoys connecting with people and building meaningful relationships. Usha enjoys watching her children grow and develop, her daughter plays guitar, while her son enjoys playing drums and cricket.
