Michael Dowling

Financial Adviser, Financial Planner, Managing Director.

Michael has been an adviser since 1989 and director since 2004. His strength is in building processes and business structures, his experience is drawn from a background in Mechanical engineering and military training.

A certified Financial Planner (CFPcm) and Life Underwriter (CLUcm). Michael has completed studies through Massey University on Insurance and Investment advice.

As a director, he has served on a number of industry bodies, both in New Zealand and Internationally in the areas of Insurance, Investment, and Financial Planning. He is a Chartered member of the Institute of Directors.

Between them, Michael and his wife, Michelle, have raised 5 children and have 5 grandchildren.

His other interests include antiques, military equipment, and travel. He is involved in a number of not-for-profit organisations as a director, as well as working with various government agencies and ministries as a technical adviser.
