Karen Chambers

Karen brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a career spanning both the New Zealand and London insurance markets.

Karen began her career in London, gaining valuable experience across underwriting and claims. Working as a Reinsurance Technician and later as a Claims Operator within the major claims and reinsurance sector, she developed a strong understanding of the complexities of the insurance and reinsurance markets.

Since 2015, Karen has worked as an insurance broker in New Zealand, building extensive experience across commercial, rural, and domestic insurance. Her background in underwriting, reinsurance, claims, account management, and customer service provides her with a well-rounded perspective and a practical understanding of the insurance lifecycle.

Karen is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. She takes the time to understand each client's unique circumstances and works closely with them to develop tailored insurance solutions that provide confidence and peace of mind.

Known for her approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service, Karen believes in building long-term relationships founded on trust, integrity, and genuine care for her clients.

Outside of work, Karen is a proud mum to two daughters and lives on a lifestyle block with her husband and an ever-growing collection of animals. She also runs her own flower business, ensuring there is always something creative and rewarding on the go. In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors and making the most of New Zealand's beautiful countryside and coastline.
