Joseph Bates

Joseph joined the financial services industry after completing a degree in Finance, with minors in Mathematics and Statistics.

He was drawn to financial advice through a strong interest in helping people understand their financial position and make informed decisions about their future. Joseph enjoys educating clients on how different strategies can work for them and helping them put clear plans in place to achieve their long-term goals.

Joseph specialises in investment advice and residential lending, working with clients to structure their finances, grow their wealth, and move confidently toward milestones such as home ownership and retirement.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys getting outdoors and climbing throughout New Zealand. The problem solving, discipline, and continual improvement that climbing demands are qualities he brings into his approach to financial advice. In his spare time, he also enjoys skiing in the winter and spending time on the water during the summer.
