John Barr

John was born in Putaruru and has lived in Putaruru ever since.

John has an extensive clientele and many of his clients who now live elsewhere, still retain John’s services to look after their insurance business. Having insurance in safe stable hands and with someone you know personally, seems to have a comforting factor.

John has been involved in the community in many ways over the years in various roles and responsibilities and he has been a local Justice of the Peace since 2015.

In his spare time John enjoys playing golf and getting out to the South Waikato lakes and rivers, trout fishing.
