Guy Yarrell

I was inspired to become a financial adviser by a long family history in the industry, beginning with my grandfather and continuing through to my siblings and I. Alongside completing my law degree and Level 5 qualifications in General Insurance and Risk Insurance, I’ve gained the knowledge and practical skills needed to provide clear, confident and reliable advice to my clients.

I have a background in competitive road cycling, having raced professionally across France, Belgium and Italy. These years taught me a lot about discipline and the value of consistent hard work - qualities I continue to bring into my professional life today.

While I’m no longer racing full‑time, I’ve stayed closely connected to the sport. These days, you’ll often find me competing in triathlons throughout New Zealand and abroad. Training and racing continue to be a big part of my life, giving me balance and a strong appreciation for setting goals and seeing them through.
