Gemma Wilshier

Gemma is part of the Adviser Support team at Carricks, joining in 2025 and working closely with our advisers to ensure clients feel supported at every stage of their journey.

With a strong foundation in financial services and administration, and a Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours) majoring in Finance and Supply Chain, Gemma brings a blend of organisation, attention to detail, and genuine care to her role. She enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and takes pride in providing support that’s both professional and personable.

Originally from Whakatāne, Gemma loves spending time outdoors, especially fishing during the summer months. She’s also a keen baker who enjoys trying new recipes with family and friends.

Gemma is passionate about continuous learning and is currently furthering her studies through the New Zealand Polytechnic. She’s excited to grow alongside the Carricks team and continue contributing to a positive, organised, and client-focused experience for everyone we support.
